I have found the simplest things to be the most rewarding. If someone looks nice, tell them. If you think highly of someone, tell them.

From what I've been able to see, positive feedback is one of the most rewarding things on the planet. The world is full of people ready to tell you what you've done wrong. One of the simplest and most positive things you can do is tell someone something they've done right. Everyone responds to a compliment.
