I guess I'm joining what seems to be a mass exodus and moving here

Nothing against Andrew. I think all in all he's done a great job and it was certainly a good start for me into the world of blogging. But I'd like a little more flexibility and a little bit less of the homespun look of Diaryland. And I've bought a paid Flickr account so I can have all of the images I want.

The way I use the web has been changing. Time for me to change, too. I need to learn CSS anyhow.

Don't know what I'm going to do about my archives and photos and stuff.

After nearly 3 years I finally have my photos of China and Cambodia loaded on Flickr. All nearly 600 of them. Takes an unseemly amount of time to load, but it's worth it, at least to me. Been traveling in time and space today.
