I had a really good time on my vacation. Pissed my boss off no end because I took off at the end of the month & end of the quarter. Too freakin' bad. If I'd had a choice about when I wouldn't have chosen those days, but it was a family deal and I didn't get to pick.

I kept a written journal while I was there in lieu of access to a computer. Found out that it was a really good way to make my relatives nervous. Write, at length, while in their company. They needn't be nervous. Most of them are pretty decent people, and the ones that aren't will not be mentioned here.

I'm planning on transcribing it here, when I can add the pictures. Took a ton of pictures. Got a fair number of good shots. Husband bought a new video card so that we can plan 'Neverwinter Nights' and it has a ton of conflicts with our present system. Because we had a Voodoo card it suggests that we reformat the hard drive. Not going to happen. We have too much stuff that would be difficult to replace. While he's working on that, I can't work on my pics. Ah, well.
