Grape Ivy�

Trimmed out front the other day. Noticed that the grape ivy is covered with 'grapes' there. It gets much more direct sunlight out there during the summer. Wish the 'grapes' were edible. I don't really know that they're not, but I'm not about to experiment. The leaves don't smell poisonous when crushed, but nothing eats them, either. If the bugs won't eat it, I'm not about to try.

I like the way the grey-blue color of the 'grapes' contrasts with the red of the stem. They do look like some sort of alien plant to me, though.
